We have been studying the next-generation nuclear power systems composed of advanced reactors, not only fission but also fusion energy systems, with knowledge, intelligence and science of nuclear reactor physics. Major research theme are: core and system characteristics evaluation of high temperature gas-cooled reactors and advanced reactors, nuclear burning characteristics and neutronics for fusion reactor, and tritium production using high temperature reactor.
