Kyushu University Graduate School of Engineering cooperates with the National R & D Corporation RIKEN to improve the ability and insight of graduate students and to improve the education and research abilities of the researchers belonging to them, We have concluded an agreement and memorandum of understanding on September 1,2017

As of April 1, 2018, Visiting associate Professor Imada (RIKEN visiting scientist) and Visiting assitant Professor Kimura(RIKEN research scientist)

who assume “Surface and Interface Science field”, belong to RIKEN Collaborative Section and teach it for graduate students of Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry.
